With a league about one-third . again larger than last season, the Rappahannock Athletic Association (RAA) opened play last weekend with ceremonies at Stuart Field in Amissville Saturday afternoon.
“Being a high school coach, if I can't make a team out of what we’ve get here, then something's wrong,” said Rappahannock High varsity baseball coach Mike Tupper, one of several speakers.
