Nancy Reeve, chairman for the Self-Help and Resource Exchange (SHARE) host site at Washington Baptist Church, has announced the sign-up dates for May.

Each month the SHARE food basket contains $30-$35 worth of groceries, for which participants pay $13 and contribute two hours of service to their community.

Bill Welch will take orders following church from noon-12:30 p.m. on May 3 at the Washington Baptist Church.

Marie Riedel will take orders following masses at 10 a. m.-10:30 a.m. and noon-12:30 p.m. on May 3 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Washington.

Lillian Ayldt* will take orders at 1:30 p.m. at Promise Land Baptist Church.

Joan Doores will take orders following church services at Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville.

Barbara Gentry, 675-3202, will take orders at the Senior Citizens’ Nutrition Site and Maybelle Gilkey, 703-635-5472, will take orders in Chester Gap.

Payment of the $13 needs to be in cash or food stamps. At registration participants will be given a community service voucher to complete and turn in on delivery day.
