TW SUB EXCEPTION # 92-04-01 Application by Rapphannock County Citizens League & Rappahannock County Wide League for relief from the curb, gutter & sidewalk public improvement requirement; from the sixty (60) day recordation requirement; and/or if the improvements be required, that a bond be fashioned which would alleviate the requirement of cash, letter of credit, or surety of the applicant.
