Andrew Kozik was given a

vote of confidence in Tuesday’s election, when he ran unopposed for Mayor of the Town of Washington and garnered 66 of the 73 votes cast that day. He was the first male on a town ballot for more than 20 years. A like vote was given Kermit Weakley, the only male to seek a seat on the Town Council. He, too, gleaned 66 of the 73
