The league will hold a benefit auction at 2 p.m. June 14 at Stuart Field. Anyone wishing to donate items should call Mr. Pentecost at 937-5975 or Becky Putnam at 703347-1128. The rain date is 2 p.m. June 28.
The first of a series of mothers’ softball games will be held at 2 p.m. May 23 at Stuart Field. Sign-up by calling Paula Harrup at 937-5432 or Cheryl Digges at 937-5157. Registration is also being held at the field concession stand. Each player is to have at least one $10 sponsor—more if possible.
The fathers are also playing, but a date for the first game has not been announced. Games will be at Stuart Field. To sign-up call Henry Digges or Jerry Brown at 937-5157 or stop by the concession stand. Sponsors, at $10 apiece, are required of all players.
