me Amissvme Homemakers Club meets at 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 4 at Amissville Baptist. Guest speaker will be Barbara Slater, an interior designer. She will present a program on “Home Decorating.”

The Rappahannock County Extension Homemakers Club will sponsor a Red Cross Bloodmobile from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6 at the Washington fire hall. For more details, call 675-3619.

The public is invited to attend the Extension Homemakers Clubs’ leader training program for May programs to be held from 10 a.m. until noon on Thursday, April 30 at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. Marie Turner, retired Extension Home Economist in Fairfax County, will present a program on “Seafood Cookery."

Following the Seafood Cookery presentation, there will be an organizational meeting for a new daytime Extension Homemakers Club. The meeting will be held at 12:30 p.m.
