The proposed zoning ordinance was opened for public discussion. After 30 seconds of silence Mayor Dear Morehouse declared the public session over, and opened the discussion to Council members.
During discussion, Council members clarified the appeals section ol the Zoning Ordinance to make it clear that unfavorable zoning decisions are appealed first to the Board of Zoning Appeals, and then to the Circuit Court. Definitions of kennels, bread and breakfast establishments and hardship cases were revised or made less ambiguous. The
