Hazel and Jennifer Gray spent Saturdy, Sept. 4 visiting their son, John W. Mallory in Washington, D.C. John is a freshman at Howard University and a member of Howard’s Showtime Marching Band. The band performed before the game and at half-time. John said he was looking forward to Monday night football game between the Washington Redskins and the Dallas Cowboys were Howard’s band will do the half-time show.
Congratulations and a happy 97th bithday is extended to Mrs. Doris Jennings who celebrated this happy occasion on Sept. 4.
