Cardiac Screen
Heart disease can begin quietly without your knowing anything is happening.
High blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and even extra pounds can creep up without notice. These conditions, however, can significantly increase your risk for heart disease and stroke.
To help you check these risk factors, Culpeper Memorial Hospital will hold a free cardiac health screen from 9 a. m.-2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14. Adults over the age of 35 are welcome to call for an appointment for this free community service.
CMH will offer a cholesterol screen, blood pressure check, height and weight, and pulmonary ftinction screen.
There is a limited number of appointments, and only those who are scheduled will be screened.
