Thornhill, Mrs. Jean Gibbs and Mrs. Nick Peneranda and spent a night at the old Mark Weaver homeplace. They had supper and breakfast there and reported an enjoyable time. The home is now owned by Johnny Weaver, grandson of the late Mark Weaver.
Mrs. Christine Timbers and Shelley were Friday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Dodson. Sunday Mrs. Dodson suffered a stroke and is now a patient in University Hospital, Charlottesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Halternam were guests last Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. C.S. Cunningham Sr. in Jeffersonston going especially to help celebrate Mrs. Cunningham’s birthday.
Ray Frazier and son Michael were last Saturday afternoon callers of Mr. and Mrs. Curtiss Weaver on Rt. 707.
Lacy Timbers of Culpeper and David Timbers of Woodville were Saturday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Timers and Shelley.
Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Peyton attended the Old Hollow Reunion in Sperryville on Sunday afternoon.
