VOTER REGISTRATION The Constiution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live in order to be qualified to vote. For the convenience of the citizens of Rappahannock County, the Vfoter Registration Office at Washington, Virginia will be open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
