On Sunday, Sept. > 0, Amissville United Methodist Church will celebrate its homecoming with a special service and a covered dish luncheon to follow. The new pastor, Rev. Nancy B. White will give the morning’s message. The choir will have special music directed by Margaret Davis and accompanied by Wanda Peters. Worship begins at 11 a.m.
Sunday School will be in session beginning at 9:45 with opening exercises in the sanctuary. All ages are invited to participate in the study of God’s word. There are three adult classes and four children’s classes.
