PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on August 12, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

Application by Trinity Episcopal Church, prospective purchasers, to utilize property located at 370 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747 (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 112, zoned Village Mixed Use) as an extension of current church worship facilities. Use allowed under Section 1-4-3(g) of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting and should address their written comments to the County Administrator, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747, in advance thereof.
