t was early this summer, some time mid-June, when fliers appeared in shop windows advertising this year’s country music act for the county fair. It was also around this time that Lori Gochenour began her search for next year’s act. Gochenour, vice president and program chair of the Page Valley Agricultural and Industrial Fair, is just one volunteer who spends all year organizing one week in August.
