Daniel Nelson Bliss, 53 days, died Thursday, July 23 at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Douglas Paul and Susan Virginia Bliss; two brothers Christopher C. Jenkins and John Paul Jenkins, all of Dumfries.
He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Ty and Herbert Bliss of New Hampshire; his maternal grandmother Susan Baldwin of Woodbridge; his maternal grandfather Donald Jenkins Sr of Amissville and maternal great grandmother Eva Marie Menefee of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include an uncle Donald Jenkins Jr. of Gainesville and an aunt Jamie Michelle Atkins of Front Royal.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 29 at Found and Sons Chapel with Father Robert Lange officiating.
Interment was in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
