Mrs. Gallon Hoak Special Rules ALL exhibits must be clean, no perspiration stains oon garment, no rips or tears. If garment shows signs of wear, it will not be accepted. Exhibits must be exhibited in CLEAR Plastic Bags. ALL clothing items must be on HANGERS and displayed in CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS.
