“Somebody is out there every day of die year,” Janes said of keeping up with the fairgrounds. “Any one with a house understands that if you have eight or 10 buildings that get used three times a year, drey’re going to need some upkeep.” Janes said Clifton Campbell walks his dog through the fairgrounds nearly every day, keeping constant watch over the facilities and property.
