Shaffer reported that “the new computers are in and are a big improvement over the old ones. They are faster, easier to use and much more efficient.”
Shaffer said the Fourth of July Book Sale “was a great success and netted about $2,400, which was up slightly from last year’s total.” He told the board that Diana Bird has met with the program committee to plan the upcoming Friday Night Program series and will provide him with a schedule as soon as the speakers are confirmed.
