Aside from the impact on Ms. Scott personally, we believe that her removal would adversely impact the ' future of the band program. The band program has experi- J enced explosive growth during Ms. Scott’s tenure, and it has * become a very vital element in « the lives of many of our young people. These students have succeeded under the direction of Cecil Scott, and to dismiss her now would be a slap in the face to the students, the parents and the citizens of Rappahannock County.
We believe in Cecil Scott and ask you to give her a chance.
