Performances of “Clowns, sponsored by Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, took
{•lace on July 23 and July 25 at he Rappahannock County Elementary School. “Clowns” tvas a unique effort for several reasons. Funding from Headwaters and cooperation from Rappahannock County public Schools made bus transportation possible to and from rehearsals. This enabled children to participate who may not have been otherwise able.
Summer school students were also able to take advantage of the busing provided by Headwaters, which was an added bonus.
