15. All Livestock Exhibits and Concession Workers will be required to have Season or Exhibitor’s tickets. 16. In case receipts are not sufficient to pay premiums advertised, the management reserves the right to reduce the premiums. 17. Premium checks issued this year will be VOID 60 days after Fair ends on Saturday night if not picked up. 18. The decision of the judges is final.
