CLOVERBUDS Special Rules Youths under age 5 will receive a ribbon for participation, but will not be judged. They may exhibit a Vacation Bible School craft and picture, only. Youths 5-8 are considered Cloverbud age youths. Only exhibits in the following categories will be accepted for this age group. Please refer to special rules of this section as well as general rules for all fair exhibitors. Prizes: 1 st — $ 1,2nd — 75 cents, 3rd — 50 cents
