1. No Entry fee will be charged. 2. (a) All exhibits in the Livestock Department will be entered and received from 9 a.m-Noon on Saturday, Aug. 22.4-H/FFA beef exhibits will be entered from 9 a.m.-Noon, Sat., Aug. 22; sheep and swine entries from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23. (b) All exhibits in the Field Crop and Vegetable Departments will be entered and received from 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24. (c) All exhibits will be judged only in the division in which they are entered. 3. (a) Homemaker Building and 4-H Youth Building exhibits will be received from 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 23. 4-H Youth Bldg, exhibits in clothing, Cloverbuds, arts and crafts and home decor will be entered from 1-6 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 23. Canning and food exhibits will be entered from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24. (b) Judging in Homemaker Building and 4-H Youth Building will begin at 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24. Closed during judging. (c) All exhibits must have been made within the period of Aug. 22, 1997 to Aug. 19, 1998, except for antique categories. (To be classified antique, item must be at least 20 years old. 4. All exhibits must be recorded, tagged, and placed by the proper officials before the exhibitor leaves the Fairgrounds. 5. No “For Sale” tags will be allowed on exhibits. 6. All exhibits must be the property of the individual exhibiting them or the property of his immediate family.
