To date, the Emily Bronte box had fledged four healthy bluebirds. This nest box was placed at the northwest end of the library. Charles Dickens, located on the hill behind the building, was occupied by a pair of Tree Swallows soon after it was erected. Henry Fielding attracted a pair of Carolina Chickadees at the southeast end of the library. House Wrens were seen investigating this box after the chickadees fledged.
