The object of this suit is to establish ownership of certain real property containing 12.337 acres, more or less, located in the Stonewall-Hawthorne Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and more particularly described by deed dated April 26, 1912, and recorded in Deed book 2, al Page 288, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, wherein the aforesaid property was conveyed to Mary E. Grimsley.
