now live, in 1982. They moved into their house full time in 1992. They recently added to the house to give them more room, and to make room for the grandchildren when they come to visit.
Despite being retired, the Teppers stay busy. Tom is a member of the Lions Club and the Rappahannock County Building Code Appeals Board. He still designs houses locally, has done designs for businesses in Woodville and designed the renovations for Rae’s Place deli. “The sandwiches are great,” says Tom.
Tom also does calligraphy, the art of fine handwriting. He does it mainly for a hobby, but will occasionally take on a job for someone. On calligraphy,
