renewals okayed

Mr. McCarthy introduced the subject of Red Oak and East Wakefield Agricultural and Forestal District renewals, noting that these were the first of the second generation of renewals—that the relevant ordinances both had all changes that were requested by the Board of Supervisors ten years ago, and would require no further changes.

To date there have been no requests for withdrawal from either of the districts, Mr. $ McCarthy reported, and there is one request for inclusion of a 73acre parcel into the Red Oak Agricultural & Forestal District. With no public comment the Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve the renewals.
