The Windmore Foundation for Arts and their Community Theatre have one more musical for the season, this one entitled, “Just Broadway” and will be presented for the first performance on April 20 through 22, at the Culpeper Middle School. Mrs. Shirley Tharpe, daughter of Mrs. Laura Wharton and niece of Mrs. Mon true Frazier passed away on Thursday at Culpeper Regional Hospital and we extend prayers of sympathy to the family.
