• Spring has sprung and M far we have experienced high winds, freezing temperatures and heavy rains.

Mother Nature has been busy and just a little cranky.

• The RCPS Adult Education Program is hoping to offer a few Spring Class options. If you are interested in taking a Line Dancing Class on Thursday evenings, a Basic Watercolor Class on Tuesday evenings or a Basic Small Engine Repairs Class (intended to help you get your fawn and garden equipment in good running condition) on Saturday mornings, ' please contact Jan Makela at 9878269 today for more information! We are hoping to start these classes very soon. u • The Book Fair is in full string at RCES and is open to the public. Please stop by and Check out the wonderful assortment of books and other educational materials on display. The prices are affordable and the proceeds support our beautiful library.

We still need volunteers to assist during the Book Fair for just 1 1/2 -2 hours each day. If you are free and can help young children select books from 1:15 to 3 p.m. on

call Mrs. Aney Massie at 9878259. (If you cannot reach her, Jan Makela may be able to assist you.) It is important that we have sufficient help so that all of our children have a positive experience.

• Please remember that Kindergarten Registration for Fall 2001 will take place at RCES April 3-6. If you have a child jwho will be entering Kindergarten in the fall, please call RCES to make an appointment.

Times are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. This registration time is a wonderful first experience for your child and for you. Please take advantage of this special opportunity, or if you know someone else that may need this information, please let
