through offering a comprehensive array of services in local communities. Fees are assessed for most services and charges based on an assessment of a person’s ability to pay. Third-party insurance payments are also billed for some services. No individual is refused services because of inability to pay.

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each m6nth at 1 p.m., at its Bradford Road Building in Culpeper. The Board encourages public comments regarding local needs as they relate to services to individuals who are elderly or disabled.
