Beginning at 'A' an iron pipe found on the Eastern side of State Route No. 729 and said point being a corner with Compton; thence with Compton's lines, South 50 06 04 East and 455.00 to B' an iron pin; thence South 40 20 43 West and 465.21 feet to 'C' an iron pin in Settle's line; thence with Settle's Line North 80 51 30 West and 49.69 feet to 'D' an iron pipe found by fence corner post in Magyar's line; thence with Magyar's Hne North 42 31 30 East and 317.55 feet to an iron pipe on Eastern bank of stream; thence North 62 00 37 West and 391.68 feet (with or near old fence line) to 'F' an iron pipe on the Eastern side of State Route No. 729; thence with the Eastern side of State Route No. 729, a curve to the right having a radius of 923.64 feet and an arc length of 258.09 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.409 acres, more or less, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property") The sale will take place on April 16, 2001 at 10 30 a m. at the main entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
