Renewal of Red Oak Valley & East Wakefield AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS
In accordance with Section 15.2-4307 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, April 2, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the renewal of the Red Oak Valley & East Wakefield Agricultural and Forestal Districts. The proposed Ordinances for the Districts are available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal 'Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinances, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend und to make comment.
