• Commissioner Tom Tepper reported that his Lighting Ordinance Committee had collected a package of information that could be “cut and pasted” to create a lighting ordinance, but he suggested that it would be better to retain professional help to develop the ordinance. Committee member Don Audette has such a professional willing to assist pro bono, and an attempt will be made to set up a meeting with this individual.
• Mr. Junk reported that the Sperryville Gateway Committee will be meeting next week with VDOT and the project consultant, Cox and Company, and that a public meeting will be scheduled for April on the project.
