DUGOUTS DEDICATED: Rappahannock Lions President Gary Settle addressed the Rappahannock County Supervisors, School Board members, Dr. David Gangel, Athletic Director Jon Smythe and fellow Lions last Wednesday in an elegant dedication ceremony. President Settle expressed appreciation to all for their support of the project and following the ceremony fastened the bronze plaque to the wall of one of the dugouts.
