Clay artists show
at Middle Street
The Middle Street Gallery presents a group show entitled “Clay Artist of the Piedmont." On exhibit through Sept. 30 are recent works in clay by Sara Schneidman, Suzanne Stewart and Roberta Wagner. These three artist represent the best of what is being produced today in this timehonored medium.
The gallery is open every Friday through Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Call the gallery at 675-3440 for information.
Workshop planned
Rudian Amelia will be conducting an “What is Alternative Medicine” workshop on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center at 11945 Lee Highway in Sperryville. . Ms. Amelia will discuss: The Mainstream Idea of Alternative Medicine; How some Doctors and Scientists view Alternative Medicine; Concepts of Alternative Medicine; How is it different? as well as What is its focus?
