The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department will have its Fire Prevention Week Open House on Oct. 13 as well. I believe the helicopter will be here and maybe even the smoke house.
Hackley’s Pickin’ Party was a great success! Mrs. Juanita Settle sang several request and several others joined in with their musical talents.
Around 75 people attended and enjoyed the Hershey’s ice cream and pork barbecue
