I attended a Planning
Committee meeting on May 16, 2001. There were approximately 150 signatures on a petition as well as Rappahannock County residents that were against having a Lighting Ordinance. The chairman of the Planners did not take into consideration the wishes of the citizens of Rappahannock County because after closing the public comment a Lighting Ordinance Committee was formed.
I further attended another Planning Committee meeting on Aug. 16, 2001, in which a Lighting Ordinance prepared by Tom Tepper,
