Sept. 11 victims
Before the start of the regular session of the Tbwn Council meeting, Mayor Willis called for a moment of silence for those who were victims of the Sept. 11 terrorism. Later, during the public comments portion of the meeting, Robert Weinberg suggested that the Council adopt a resolution “in memory of all those who lost their lives,” and the Mayor agreed and asked Mr. Weinberg to prepare the text of the resolution. The Council then moved and approved an authorization for the Mayor to promulgate the resolution.
