The Salem Ruritan Club ha<J a busy weekend as they served food and beverages on Saturday and Sunday at the Cujpeper “Train Days”.
On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher of Turkey Ridge Road accompanied by Miss Brenda Fr&zier of Culpeper, Mrs. Leanna Wharton and Mrs. Marie Atkins of Sperryville visited Natural Bridge of Virginia. They motored by way of Charlottesville, on to Route 64 and then 81.
Upon their arrival, the spacious gift shop was their first stop, then on to the long walk to the bridge, continuing on to the Civil War enactment.
They might have traveled even farther had they not spgtted a huge bobcat, stretched out on a log. They wasted no time on their way back. The next stop was the Wax Museum. When out of there it was time to start the journey home. This time they traveled another scenic route, some portions of Blue Ridge Parkway and over the James River and then back by way of Charlottesville, where they dined at Golden Corral before returning home.
Everyone greatly enjoyed the trip, however some of the group had never visited Natural Bridge and certainly
