Qualified applicants should have knowledge of office practices & procedures including Business English to ensure proper punctuation, spelling & grammar usage. Experience operating general office equipment including telephone, copier, calculator & dictaphone is needed as well as experience using word-processing and spreadsheet applications. The ability to commune cate effectively with staff and the general public is desired as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
