When I leave or retire from ' RCPS, I certainly won’t air my complaints in this manner. RCPS has made steady growth in meeting the state goals in SOL scoring from what I can tell. Like any other job, I have better days than others. In my 18 years at RCHS, Fve worked under two superintendents and five principals. I dare say improvements have been made with each position change.
A few times I remember feeling under appreciated at work but who hasn’t? I try to tell myself, I’m not always the king and go on. I guess I’m just happy to have a job. Support in vocational education has been far superior to the majority of other locations. I know this from long-term professional relationships with other Vocational teachers in our state.
