4« TTJie Episcopal Church Women of Sjromfield Parish will hold their annual House tour and dried arrangement display and sale on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 21 and 22. The three houses to be toured are Avon Hall and Mt. Prospect in Washington and Wakefield Manor at Huntly.
Rev. and Mrs. Richard Trout, formerly of Rappahannock County, have taken up residence in Lima, Peru and are engaged in missionary activity. They are working witfl the Pocket Testament League in a campaign of Evangelism and Scripture distribution throughout the entire continent. The Trouts’ three children are with them. Rev. TVout was a former teacher at Rappahannock County High School.
It depends on how you like your entertainment but it appears from the record that Guy Mitchell was the odds on favorite entertainer in Rappahannock County last week. He appeared as Audie Murphy’s side kick, George, on the Whispering Smith TV program and he had a part on Ann Southern’s new pilot program. Mr. Mitchell and his wife spent several days as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Harris at Hidden Valley Farm, Huntly.
