Fourth annual
wine festival set
Mark your calendars because the fourth annual wine festival is only weeks away at Sharp Rock Vineyards! The festival will be held ph Saturday, Oct. 6 from noon until 5 p.m. and will include an Afternoon of wine tasting and gourmet treats.
• This year’s festival will feature local apples, pates, Summerfield venison sausage, Our Lady of Angel’s country cheese along with other gourmet cheeses and salads.

Band organizing
Anyone interested in playing in a' local, community band here in Rappahannock? A very experienced, local band leader is willing to organize and direct such a band here. ' ■ The emphasis of the band is to have musical fun on an informal basis, hoping to maybe have a concert or two.
