Piesent open position & requirements:
(SASH ADMINISTRATOR dyjies include reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, processing ACH and wire transfers, mortgage payment pressing, preparation of escrow checks and other general duties. Candidates must be number and detail-oriented and very flexible. Knowledge of Excel required. Experience with mortgage servicing, banking or general ledger software hejpful.
SPECIAL PROJECT ACCOUNTANT duties include assistance with special reporting projects, testing of system enhancements and analysis of general ledger accounts.
Candidates must have experience with
Accounting Information Systems^ t Knowledge of Microsoft products required.
CREDIT ANALYST duties include analyzing project financial statements, performing ratio analysis, rating borrowers as to their ability to make Timely mortgage payments, and identifying refinancing Opportunities. Candidates must be well-organized, analytical thinkers with an accounting background. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, FHA or Freddie Mac multifamily loan servicing requirements preferred.
