election, and again in the special election in 2000, and in the meantime he was rejected for the interim appointment (by the School Board) in 2000. In spite of all of this, Mr. Makela has continued to attend (almost) every Board Meeting, and make a presentation at each. Now, this, in and of itself, deserves no criticism, but he appears to wish to participate in Board deliberations as though he were a member.
On several occasions he has been extraordinarily impolite and disrespectful to me personally. On at least one occasion, having shouted out an insult from the audience, during a meeting of the
