Revival at Gid Broiun Revival services will be held at Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church Oct. 22-26 at 7:30 each evening. Evangelist Don McCann from Kingsport, Tenn. will be preaching. There will be special singing each evening and a nursery will be provided. Gid Brown Pastor John Burke extends an invitation to all to attend.
Gospel program at Amissville Ron and Sharon Frazier from South Whitley, Ind. will be presenting a country gospel program at Amissville Baptist Church on Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. Their music ranges from old standards and hymns, to southern gospel, to the music they have written themselves. All are welcome.

Bus trip to pageant slated The Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Locust Grove, invites Rappahannock resident to travel with them to see the Christmas Pageant presented by Evangel Cathedral, Upper Marlboro, Md. on Saturday, Dec. 1. The pageant is in its 15th year, but this is the first season in the new 2300 seat facility. The bus will leave the church parking lot at 12:15 p.m. and return at approximately 9 p.m. Tickets are $33/person which includes entrance to the show and round trip bus transportation.
