this favorite Lions product each year. The cooking isn’t done on US 211 in pots at the Co-op anymore. The final work and bottling is done at a very modem canning facility in Keezletown close to Harrisonburg in the Shenandoah Valley area.
This year the local apples were donated by Lee’s Orchard and the Lions are grateful for that contribution. We also thank the Faith Mountain Store for allowing us to put our “store” in their parking lot. The remaining pints, quarts and cases will be available this weekend.
A pint sells for $4, only $40 for a case of 12. Quarts are $6 or $60 for a case of 12.
