because of a trip she took last year to Poland, affording her extensive therapy that strengthened her neck and upper body muscles. In fact, her parents, Greg and Shelly would like to take her back to Poland as soon as they have the funds to make the trip.
“I go to Poland, I live there,” is the plea Sidney makes to her parents after realizing how much stronger she is now.
According to Greg and Shelly, who made the trip to Poland with Sidney, it takes approximately seven or eight trips to the Euromed Rehabilitation Program before patients are ready to take their first step. The program offers a strict regiment of exercises, aimed at toning each and every muscle in the body.
However, until the time comes when Sidney is ready to take her first step, she will need to use a wheelchair.
