The Land Preservation Tax Credit Program (LPC), as the state income tax credit is referred to by the Virginia Department of Taxation, represents the best way for Virginians to seize the opportunity to preserve our “uncommon wealth” for the benefit of current and future generations. We know the challenges and we must now seize the opportunities.
