Final arrangements are now underway. The many teams, are completing their fund raising and readying themselves for the Relay, entertainment and camping out. They are also busy preparing food under the direction of Bev Atkins, the picnic chair. Others are busy making certain that all of the details are in place to assure a safe and enjoyable Relay.
Safety rules require that a responsible adult supervise children under 18. Access on the school grounds will be limited to specific areas and all participants will be given maps of the permitted areas. No animals are permitted on the school grounds.
